Refund Policy

If you receive a defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at partytobe.service@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos to help us resolve the matter promptly.

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your case and process your refund request once approved. You should see the amount credited back to your original payment method within the next 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, kindly send us a photo of the product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Return / Non-Exchange / Replacement Policy

The nature of our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If you receive a defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at partytobe.service@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. Kindly provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos to help us resolve the matter promptly.

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your case and work with you to find a suitable solution. This may include sending a replacement item, at no cost or offering a partial or full refund for the defective or incorrect product. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
