Why was my payment declined?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Shipping

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Do you offer international shipping?

Will I be charged customs fees for international shipping?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At the moment, we offer expedited shipping options only for USA Region.These can be selected at checkout for an additional fee. We provide standard shipping for all other countries.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use 4PX and its affiliates as shipping carriers , depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes. However, some items may not be eligible for P.O. Box delivery and will require a physical address.

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

Shipping is typically done on business days, Monday through Friday. Some carriers may deliver on Saturdays. Shipping is not available on major holidays.

Do you offer free shipping?

How can I track my order?

Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days (10-20 business days to Mexico), while express shipping for typically takes 7-10 business days, (express shipping is currently available only in the USA ).

While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we offer expedited shipping options that may better meet your delivery needs.

How can I ensure my order is delivered safely?

We recommend using a secure shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package. For high-value items, consider requesting a signature upon delivery.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged items?

What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?

Yes, we offer customization options for our cake toppers, and sashes. We have a variety of designs you can choose from, allowing you to personalize your items with names, last names, dates, colors, and/or text. Please provide the details during the ordering process.

How long does it take to produce and ship customized items?
